[*] I started taking Flaxseed oil (pills) everyday and a Vitamin Water. I feel more energetic and waking up in the morning hasn’t been the awful–I wish I was dead–experience that it always used to be.
[*]This Free Rice game is amazing. It’s like Puppy War but with an academic rationalization.
[*]Got this quote from someone.
“The first step — especially for young people with energy and drive and talent,
but not money — the first step to controlling your world is to control your
culture. To model and demonstrate the kind of world you demand to live in. To
write the books. Make the music. Shoot the films. Paint the art.” Chuck Palahniuk
[*]Have a TON of books I want to get into. This is the list.
[*] I mentioned the word “viral” in my in this post about marketing. I will never use the word again. I just heard someone use it to describe the paid distribution of fliers outside a concert. Officially, done.
Do you take the flaxseed/vitamin water at night or in the morning? I am NOT a morning person, but when I force myself to be energetic earlier in the day I get a lot more done, and drinking massive amounts of coffee isn’t something I can keep doing.
I have a question about the flaxseed oil as well. I recently started taking it, how long until you noticed a difference? Is it an immediate effect, or one that takes a while to build up to?
What is with the vitamin water? Is there a certain type you are drinking? I think vitamin water is great, but do you really think it is worth mentioning as something to enhance performance? Any multivitamin has much more vitamins than any vitamin water.
I take two 1200 tablets. One in the morning and one at night. It took about a week to start feeling healthier all around.
As for VW, they all have similar doses of the same vitamins in them so just go with whatever tastes better.
I’ve been using the tips in your first note for about 3 weeks now. Instead of taking the pills I just grind up flax seeds in a coffee grinder and sprinkle them on my morning cereal and then in my protein shake before I go to bed.
The difference is like night and day.
I used to wake up feeling homicidal. Now after being awake for like 5 to 10 minutes I feel just great.
I also just started Mike’s Beginner Program and the only time I can workout is in the morning. So thanks for the tip.
